A study published in 2012 demonstrated on 11 patients, that after 3 months following hair removal treatment, the results from low fluence (energy per unit area) were comparable to high fluence. This allows your skin tissue to cool down by 37% before the next flash of light is administered. Large chromophores, like hair follicles, need more time to cool down. Instead of waiting between pulse of light, FLASH will automatically cool your skin down and get it ready for the next pulse. This modulates TRT to avoid the risk of complications like hyperpigmentation.
