Form AND Function

Korean Ingredients
We all know that Koreans have the perfect skin care routines.
Why not learn from the pros?
SNAIL+ is mixed up using the finest Korean ingredients like organic Aloe, Gotu Kola, and Jojoba

Copper Peptides
The little-known secret that repairs your skin while you're not even thinking about it. This is a power-player ingredient that repairs your DNA and fixes skin damage to make you look like nature intended - smooth and beautiful.

Glass Bottle
Plastic bottles leach hormone-altering chemicals into your serum, so why do other manufacturers do it?
BEAUX Skin Care believes in the highest quality delivery of our products. That's why SNAIL+ is packaged in glass: it's better for the environment, and miles better for your skin!
No more chemicals!
The Science behind SNAIL+
Copper Peptides (GHK-Cu)
An article published to the National Library of Medicine found that copper peptides, otherwise known as GHK-Cu, "stimulate blood vessel and nerve outgrowth, increases collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis, as well as supports the function of dermal fibroblasts"
It also "suppresse molecules thought to accelerate the diseases of aging such as NFκB". This means that GHK-Cu is a molecule that is anti-aging, DNA-repairing, and cell cleansing.
Medical Research:
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid is a type of carbohydrate called polysaccharide. It is essential to the matrix of your skin because it is responsible for giving your face the hydrated and dewy look.
A study published in PubMed found that after applying serums with hyaluronic acid for up to 8 weeks, "skin roughness showed a significantly finer skin structure after two weeks of treatment, and skin elasticity showed a significant improvement"
Medical Research:
Korean Jojoba and Gotu Kola
Korean Jojoba is a very popular skin care ingredient because it contains specific vitamins and minerals that have anti-inflammatory properties and can even help combat acne. It allows your skin to balance itself, naturally.
Healthline published that "A 2012 German study found a clay jojoba oil facial mask effective in healing skin lesions and mild acne. Participants who applied jojoba oil masks two to three times per week saw a significant decrease in inflammation, lesions, and acne."
Korean Gotu Kola has a stack of beneficial dermatologic benefits: promoting colalgen production via titerpenoids that stimulate fibroblast acitivity, promoting regeneration of damaged skin, and healing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

The Dangers of Plastic Bottles
An effect called chemical leaching is when the material of the container starts to degrade into the product inside. This happens when manufacturers put serums into plastic bottles. This deposits toxic BPA, phthalates, and styrene into the serum, later onto your skin.
Another problem with plastic packaging is that serums and peptides are active ingredients, and they interact with the bottle. They are also sensitive to light and temperature. Plastic bottles are permeable to air and transmit more light and air into the serum leading to oxidation and degradation. This makes the product less effective.
These are the reasons BEAUX Skin Care will always use glass to package our serums. SNAIL+ is not sensitive to light.
